ok so i have posted a couple times before asking about the settlement process but i have a new question this time.
At the time of the accident i was a stay at home mom, i am now working and because i am standing on my feet all day i am again having pain in the same area as when the accident occurred. i was advised to continue to see my chiropractor once a month for the next 6-12 months. i told this to the claims rep and she keeps insisting either that chiros are thieves and all they care about is money, or i must have been injured before the accident because the damage to my vehicle was only $800 and their policy holder didnt make a claim for damages, therefore i couldnt have been hurt that bad to justify my ongoing pain or the additional visits.
i do not want to bring a lawyer into this because i am afraid that after paying him or her that i will only walk away with medical bills, which if i do it on my own i will get anyways.
What is it i have to do in order to prove my pain and suffering and justify additional visits to the chiropractor?
